First off... get a used/imported motor or rebuild your current one. You're looking at $2500 at most for a used engine with turbos, and at that price you're paying through the nose. I've heard of pricing between $2200 for the motor w/ turbos to $1500 for the motor & trans... so I'd say shop around. Now for labor... basic engine install shouldn't be more than $1600 at any shop... period. If you're looking to do mods, most will charge you extra for labor on each part. But for the extras... you're looking at... $2500+ for turbos... if they're installed with the new motor, labor shouldn't be but a few hundred extra.
$1000 for intercoolers... No idea on labor as the bumper has to be dropped. I've say $300 ish at a shop.
$800 for 555cc injectors, $300+ for install (requires removing the plenum) But definitely shop around... if you were closer to me, I'd try and sell myself as a mechanic to you (as I charge no where near the prices I just listed to do all that work, but any shop would). But eh, that's the ropes. Shop around, if you want a shop to do it, make sure they know Zs, and they know what they're doing. Ask friends/locals about the shop. Make sure you know what you're getting into.
